Discover Kafunta River Lodge

Found on the banks of the Luangwa River, Kafunta River Lodge is situated in a riverside forest with the South Luangwa National Park as a backdrop. The lodge provides guests with classic Zambian accommodation and fantastic game-viewing experiences, with highly trained guides sharing their knowledge and expertise.

All of the rooms provide views of the Luangwa River and are raised on wooden platforms. There are 8 private safari chalets and an additional 2 suites which can take up to 4 people. With a wild mango tree rising from its center the lodge dining and lounge area is ideal for taking a break on a sunny day, relaxing under the tree's shady branches while the campfire is a focal point for meeting and greeting and listening to the guides' tales of adventures in the wilderness. The lodge also boasts a pool, a natural hot tub, and a wellness hideout for massages and taking it easy.
