Situated in Mana Pools National Park overlooking the banks of the mighty Zambezi River is the semi-permanent John's Camp. This authentic tented camp offers guests an intimate safari experience with exceptional service, game viewing and guides. The camp is nestled amongst Trichelia and Mahogany trees, so guests are truly at one with nature.
The camp comprises of 6 traditional meru-style safari tents which are generously spaced out along the floodplain. Each tent has an ensuite bathroom with a flush loo and overhanding safari style bucket showers. Guests can enjoy incredible views of the Zambezi and beyond from their private veranda. There is also the option for guests to sleep under the stars or deep in the bush in a mozzie dome tent.
The dining area is centrally located between the 6 tents and there is a campfire which affords a view of the floodplain - perfect for sundowners. Dining is enjoyed outdoors either overlooking the Zambezi River, the majestic floodplain or the free roaming wildlife.
Approx. a 2 hour 15 min flight from Victoria Falls airport to Mana Main airstrip followed by a 45 minute road transfer
