Situated in the 120,000-hectare private Sapi Concession, bordering Zimbabwe's Mana Pools National Park, Sapi Explorers Camp offers the perfect base from which to explore the Sapi Reserve, Mana Pools and the Zambezi River. The camp is perfectly located along the Zambezi River and comprises only 5 Explorers-style tents, each with en-suite shower and flush toilet. Designed to offer a private safari experience reminiscent of the old African explorers, it is the perfect combination of romance, adventure and discovery.
Operating as a private photographic reserve, this amazing wildlife sanctuary, along with the neighbouring Mana Pools National Park, now comprise over 337,000 hectares of prime protected wilderness. Centred around exploration and adventure, you will be able to explore this remote area both on foot and on drives, or take to the water and enjoy canoeing and boating on the Zambezi River for a different game-viewing experience. You can expect to experience up-close encounters with lion, leopard, elephant, hyena, wild dog, buffalo, eland, zebra and other ungulate species, as well as spot a proliferation of resident and migrant bird species.
Located in the private Sapi Concession, next to Mana Pools National Park. The concession is reached via light aircraft transfers from Harare International Airport or Victoria Falls International Airport.
