Elephant Camp, comprising of the Elephant Camp Main and Elephant Camp West (ideal for exclusive use) is nestled on a ridge between the Masuwe River and the Zambezi gorges, giving uninterrupted views of the spray that swells above the Victoria Falls rainforest. All of Elephant Camp's 16 eco-friendly canvas tents feature outdoor viewing decks with plunge pools, perfect for combining casual game viewing and ultimate indulgence. Bathrooms are elegant, with outdoor showers and oversized baths. In the camp's main area you will find a spacious lounge and dining area, as well as a swimming pool with deck and a fire pit area. In front of the lodge is a waterhole where you can enjoy some game viewing with a cocktail in hand.

We went directly from Tengile River Lodge to the Elephant Camp, which made the Elephant Camp a bit of a let down. I know for our trip that was the only way it would work for available times. Given the flexibility to do so, I would definitely recommend sending guests to the Elephant Camp first, and then on to Tengile River Lodge sometime later in the trip. But with that…

They remodeled the main camp just in time for us- we ended up being the first to use the new redone tents. We really enjoyed them and the staff was great.
