Amalinda Lodge is a 4-star lodge set in the granite boulders of The Matobo Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This privately owned & family run safari lodge is the premier accommodation in the area. The Matopos Hills is a beautiful area of granite outcrops and wooded valleys, renowned for Bushman rock-art sites and wildlife, including white rhinos.

Tucked away in an ancient bushman's shelter, Amalinda Lodge offers 3 standard rooms, 3 family rooms and 3 suites as well as a private homestead. All are individually designed around great boulders. The lodge overlooks a waterhole which is often frequented by wildlife and as such you can enjoy casual game viewing from Amalinda's famous 'rock' swimming pool. You can tuck into a delicious meal in the open air dining room with a panoramic view of the Matobo Hills. Activities range from game drives to rhino trekking, cultural tours, hikes to the renowned San bushman paintings & a chance to follow in the footsteps of Cecil John Rhodes at his world famous tomb known as "View of the World."
