Odette was fortunate enough to accompany her father on many overseas trips. These trips always left her feeling passionate, inspired and deeply moved. Odette experienced many unforgettable places that she felt had a profound effect on her. Despite having traveled globally, Odette feels that traveling within Africa still holds a unique and special kind of magic and it’s her mission to share that magic with others.

Most Memorable Trip

My most memorable trip was a safari holiday in the Kruger National Park. I got to see the Big 5, hippos, monkeys, hyenas, cheetahs, giraffes, bush babies and countless bird species. I’ll never forget the extraordinary range of wildlife I saw, the excitement of a nighttime game drive or the fear I felt when we were charged by an elephant protecting her calf!

I'd love to experience the marine wildlife of Mnemba Island in Tanzania. I dream of kicking off my shoes and gazing out onto the crystal clear ocean, with a glass of champagne in hand - bliss!

Top Travel Tip

Pack smart and pack light! Many of the places that you will stay at will have laundry facilities, enabling you to wear items more than once. The lighter you pack, the more souvenirs you can bring home! Packing light is essential if your trip includes a small aircraft flight as these flights have weight restrictions.
