Discover Frans Indongo Lodge

Situated near to the Waterberg Plateau Park, Frans Indongo Lodge is 44km from Otjiwarongo, making it an ideal stopover between Etosha National Park and Windhoek and for exploring the Waterberg region. Surrounding the lodge is a 17,000ha game farm, home to an abundance of wild animals including species rarely seen in Namibia such as sable, roan and eland as well as white and black rhino, black wildebeest and hartebeest.

The rooms at Frans Indongo are modelled on traditional Ovambo thatched homesteads using a variety of natural building materials like stone, wood and reed. The main lodge area contains a restaurant, a thatched lounge with bar, a swimming pool and a decked terrace. The entire area overlooks a floodlit waterhole. There is also an observation tower from where you can catch the sun setting over the surrounding landscape.
