Honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius
Alice Hearn, 9th May 2022Our honeymoon to South Africa and Mauritius was the most incredible trip we could ever have wished for! Two such beautiful countries with so much to see and experience - we count ourselves so lucky to have been able to make so many special memories and owe a huge thank you to Mahlatini and everyone along the way that made our trip not only possible but truly a dream come true.

In particular our safari experience was out of this world and we were totally blown away with the hospitality and once in a lifetime game viewing experiences. We left wanting so much more time there - at least it gives us a big excuse to come back!”

The hotel staff were always on hand to help whether with transport arrangements or a room request. Brilliant location too and easily accessible to the main attractions of Cape Town - we were incredibly impressed.”

“No words can adequately express what a truly magical place this is. We feel so lucky so have had the experience of staying at Madikwe Safari Lodge, memories that will last forever. From the moment we arrived we were completely spoilt and everyone that worked there was so friendly - we really feel we came away as friends rather than acquaintances. The accommodation and lodge facilities were simply stunning, such a beautiful style in keeping with the African Bush and so very luxurious. The food was absolutely devine and every meal was fully catered to my dairy allergy without even a question. The guides were also so knowledgable and we felt we had such a full experience seeing a huge range of animals. We are so thankful to everyone at the lodge that made our experience so special. We only wish we could go back and do it all again.”

We did not have lots of knowledge ourselves of where was best to go and how to get there but Natasha took all that in hand and expertly planned the most fantastic trip for us and everything ran so smoothly without exception. She was always on hand if we had a question and made numerous alterations as we were finalising the trip to ensure we had the perfect balance of time in each location.
