“Amazing wildlife just outside your tent! It was such a special experience considering I spent my birthday with the Maasai people. The staff, room accommodations, grounds, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner menus were fantastic and luxurious. We had one designated guide, Philip, during our four day stay and saw the Big 5! There were several activities before and after game drives you can arrange through the camp like hot air ballooning, sundowners, and visiting local villages that were all so memorable.”

“There was a miscommunication between the hotel and the pickup company. We waited at the airport for over two hours after immigration in the blistering heat. Caroline was very helpful in rectifying the situation and even booked a complimentary massage although Mahlatini was not at fault. Upon arrival, staff was disingenuous and was not at all apologetic until I asked to speak to the manager (three times). A full day later is when the manager approached us and apologized saying to forget about the situation but we expected an explanation. He arranged dinner on the beach but since we purchased the Gourmet Meal Plan it wasn't anything different aside from a few decorations. Outside of that, the staff and Head Chef Kai at Gold Restaurant were super friendly and very kind to us. The a la carte menu was amazing and the sunset views were so beautiful but unless they have a new manager to take over, I would not return to this resort.”
