“The room was out of this world! We had the villa at the edge with the plunge pool so we had complete privacy. The room was beautiful with breathtaking views over the blue water. Only 4 stars because the security guards were sometimes caught lurking at the edge of the property which was very uncomfortable. The food is expensive and not great.”

“Karen was nice and helped us plan the trip of our dreams. However, she booked our name wrong on all of our flights so we couldn’t get access beforehand to bid for upgrades, add luggage, etc. Once we got to the airport, it caused us delays at every stop because they always had trouble finding our reservation. This cost us an extra $1200 in fees plus a lot of extra time in the airport and with customer service. She emailed us a few days into the trip to see if we needed anything. I replied what the situation was and asked for her assistance but she never even responded. We used Mahlatini to handle this planning and take away that stress for us, however, it only added more stress and more money out of our pocket for mistakes made out of our control.”
