vacation to Botswana
Hugo Taylor, 7th September 2023Overall, it was a fantastic once-in-a-lifetime trip. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The accommodation was brilliant, all the staff we met were very hospitable, and people should look no further than Botswana for some of the best Safari possible.

Chobe Under Canvas
“A fantastic experience, but certainly not for everyone. The accommodation is brilliant but a little rough and ready. The days are long (12+ hours), and in the 35+ degree heat, it can be a little tough. But overall, we had a wonderful time. Our biggest criticism would be Chobe National Park itself, which is becoming very commercialised with lots of people coming in from outside of the park, resulting in many vehicles all arriving at the scene of an animal at the same time. Not the end of the world, but when compared to our experience in the Delta, it's certainly not as exclusive.”

“Easily the best experience we had. A brilliant lodge with fantastic staff and the best game viewing of the holiday. Our guide here was simply fantastic and gave us a brilliant experience. If we had only stayed here for the 4 nights we had that would have left us with more than enough memories.”
Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp
“An equally lovely experience here however not quite as polished as Nxabega. The lodge is clearly a little old and could do with some modernisation. The game drives are longer as the concession is much larger and therefore the animals are a lot more spread out, however all in all a wonderful experience and one we would be delighted to do again.”
