“Hands down an amazing property! The highlight of our trip! We were greeted by staff with refreshments and snacks at the airstrip. Our safari began, literally, on the drive to Elsa’s! We checked 3 of the Big 5 off our list - before we even saw Elsa’s. The property felt like an extension of the surroundings, our “room” exceeded our expectations. The entire propriety was well appointed and luxurious with 5 star service - thank you to everyone, especially Lawerence! The food and ambiance were incredible! The infinity pool was amazing and relaxing! Thanks to Joe, our guide, for sharing all his knowledge about the incredible animals he introduced us to. His passion for the animals and land was infectious! We would definitely recommend and return!”

“Elephant Pepper Camp somehow combined the feeling of being thrown back to the days before technology but with today's luxury expectations. We were transported back to a time when we used cameras with long lenses instead of phones with zoom settings, unfolded paper maps instead of GPS, and a sky bursting full of stars. We enjoyed the staff and accommodations of this little property very much!”

“We loved Elwana Tortilis Camp! I am not sure we could have gotten any luckier than to have been met by our gold-rated guide JJ! Truly JJ was the most wonderful ambassador to represent this wonderful property and Amboseli! From the flamingos lining the road, herds of elephants, zebras, and giraffes… to Mount Kilimanjaro on the horizon, we enjoyed every moment of JJ and all the experience and knowledge he shared with us!
The camp/property was incredible! Our safari tent was lovely, the pool was quiet and enjoyable. The open-air lounge was PERFECT each evening to relax and enjoy a beverage. Managers, Graeham and Candy, were welcoming and simply delightful to chat with! The entire staff was attentive and amazing! We left wishing we had one more day there!!”
