Honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius
Miss kirsten strathie, 1st October 2012Apologies that it has taken me so long to do this!!! Firstly thank you to your incredible team for all your help and organisation! We had the most incredible honeymoon, the safari has ignited something in both of us and we are desperate to get back ASAP! The simbabili lodge was just the most beautiful place, the staff were unbelievably kind and did everything they could to make our time perfect-and the food! Wow! (As a vegetarian that's a big statement for me but it was just beautiful)! We saw all of the big 5 and more on multiple occassions and by the end if it my now hubby was ready to buy a lodge and become a guide! Mauritius was stunning and we loved our time at ile aux cerfs but nothing can compare to the safari!

“Generally good but a few disappointing elements following our wonderful time in Africa. Every night we were there there was not a vegetarian option (including on our personalised private dinner)-it was hit and miss how this was responded to depending on which member of the staff served you. Everything felt overpriced and they never had the wine requested. Some staff were nice-Kieran was brilliant and do helpful! Others were borderline rude. The room is beautiful-though early morning cleaning and turn down service we're a little intrusive. Would return to Mauritius but probably not here.”
