Holiday to South Africa
Mr Ken Hong, 21st December 2013We had great time in South Africa with the arrangements by Mahlatini. 1. For the Safari, we stayed 3 nights in Serondella Lodge in Thornybush Game Reserve that is so close to the Kruger National Park. The service is 5-Star and very family friendly, as I have an 8 year old boy. We saw all Big Fives plus a lot of more. My younger son had so much fun and did not want to leave. 2. We stayed 4 nights in Taj Hotel in Cape Town. We loved the services there and our rooms had great view of the table mountain. We will stay there again if we go back next time. 3. We drove the Garden Route and stayed in NH Plettenberg for 2 nights. The hotel was not as good as the previous ones, but the nature beauty and beaches were overwhelming. We want to thank Claire at Mahlatini so much for tailoring the itinerary of our dream vacation. I have been to so many places in the world, I can say South Africa is definitely on the top of the list.

We were skeptical about the safety before we went there. However, we did not any the problem at all. We felt safer than in some of the cities of the U.S.”

“Great hotel (it is on the list of World Leading Hotels) and great services. We loved the varieties of the breakfast there. Due to our tight schedules and busy holiday season, we did not get chance to dine at the Bombay Brasserie, Indian restaurant on site. This is the only regret we had at Taj.”
“This hotel has a nice layout, but amenities are out of dated. It is also a little far away from the beaches. If we stayed in the hotel that was close to the beach or had better amenities, we would have a perfect trip.”
