The Cascades Hotel
Possessing a unique architectural style, with a distinctive terraced triangle shape, The Cascades Hotel is set in colourful Sun City. Surrounded by lush forests, the hotel takes its name from the many streams that cascade as waterfalls in the beautiful gardens around the resort. The hotel is large with a wide variety of room types, facilities and activities for guests to enjoy. Sun City Resort is South Africa's answer to Las Vegas and is always alive with energy and bustle, the hotel itself being situated close to the Entertainment Centre.
The Cascades Hotel holds a total of 243 rooms, split between a choice of 11 different room types. The property is very family friendly, with 17 ground floor family rooms to choose from, and one of the 3 swimming pools accommodating children. Other room types afford wonderful exclusivity, with the Garden Suite an idyllic private enclave with its own swimming pool and Jacuzzi, located in a secluded terrace.
The pool area boasts a sandy beach that pervades an inviting tropical ambiance and is ideal for relaxing in the sun before taking a dip in the heated pool. For golf lovers, the 18 hole Gary Player Golf Course is only a short distance away as is the Pilanesberg Game Reserve for those seeking a safari experience.
