Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp is a stunning gateway to the annual great migration and the Big 5, offering luxury accommodation and phenomenal game viewing. From camp, you can drink in captivating views of Lake Magadi and the Moru Kopjes while relaxing under canvas to the sounds of the African wilds. Pioneer Camp aims to be green and leave little footprint on the land all the while bringing you as close to nature as possible.
Possessing a distinct colonial air, the camp is reminiscent of the mobile camps of the 1930s: transporting guests back in time to the safaris of yesteryear. There are only 12 tents on offer at this exclusive camp. In the evening, having spent the day exploring, watch the sunset sitting out the front of your tent and enjoy fine dining under star-filled skies. The dining tent is usually where the camp's delicious meals are served but for a slightly more adventurous culinary affair lunch in the bush is a must-do experience.

If we could rate this 10 out of 5 we would. Every single individual at this camp made us feel welcome and at home. Our tent was very luxurious, big, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. It was nicely furnished and very welcoming. Our chef was excellent and provided us with delicious meals.
