This unique safari and beach family holiday combines 2 private, malaria-free game reserves in South Africa with an off-grid island experience in the Seychelles. In South Africa your safari will take place in the Waterberg region (3 hours north of Johannesburg) at two lodges, Ant's Hill and Marataba Safari Lodge. At Marataba Safari Lodge, situated in a private Big 5 game reserve, the family will stay in large, tented suites nestled in the bushveld with animals regularly wandering past your deck. Experience exciting family game drives as well as surprise meals out in the bush. At Ant's Hill, expect exciting activities such as horse-riding alongside zebra, giraffe and other animals, fishing, guided walks, archery, rhino tracking and bug and spoor walks. Denis Island is all about the natural island experience - nature and wildlife discovery, including interaction with Giant Tortoises. Activities are largely snorkeling & kayaking.
