The Lanzerac Hotel & Winery is located on a private working wine estate in the world-famous Jonkershoek Valley surrounded by the dramatic Helderberg mountains. The hotel's rooms, restaurants, bar, lounge, swimming pools and spa facilities are all located in the estate's 300-year-old Manor House and out-buildings, amidst 10 hectares of award-winning landscaped gardens.
Lanzerac offers 53 rooms in total which are all en suite and feature a private patio overlooking the vineyards or sculpted gardens. Room types include classic rooms, luxury rooms, junior suites and suites. Classic decor and genuine antiques perfectly complement the authentic Cape Dutch architecture. Choose to dine in any of the 4 restaurants and retire to the Craven Lounge serving Champagne, coffees, liqueurs, cognacs, and cigars. The Lanzerac Cellar offers pairings of chocolate, cheese and other delicacies to challenge the palate and complement the wines.

Very smart hotel. Christmas Day dinner was amazing. very low key Christmas which suited us well but if people were looking for Christmas carols etc they would be disappointed!!
