Located on the lush banks of the Shire River in Malawi’s unspoiled Liwonde National Park, Kuthengo Camp offers an authentic safari experience, both private and truly wild. The Camp has a rustic charm, complemented by stunning views, and is nestled underneath shady fever trees and baobabs. It boasts 4 spacious safari tents, one of which is a family unit. Expect tranquil river cruises, thrilling walking safaris, outstanding birdwatching and sunsets which are a photographic treat.

The camp forms parts of the Robin Pope Safaris portfolio, famous for its adventurous camps and expertly guided walking safaris. Liwonde is a regenerated park home to elephants, buffalo, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and other incredible wildlife. Kuthengo has all you need from a pool to indoor dining, a cosy bar and even a Lapa for evening campfires. The stunning views are best appreciated from your private deck with a cold sundowner and binos in hand, admiring the herds of waterbuck that frequent the camp area.
