To help us deliver a tailormade service, we need to collect some personal information such as contact details and passport details if you travel with us.

Personal information we collect and why?
- When you use interactive features on our website to give you the best possible experience based on what you want to find out
- When you make an enquiry via our website, by telephone, or in person, we collect your contact details (name, telephone number, email address) along with details about your trip preferences
- When you register to join our mailing list we collect your name and email address to send you our e-newsletters. You can unsubscribe from these at any time
- When you request our brochure we ask for your name and email address to receive the online version; and full address for a postal version. We also ask about the destinations that you are most interested in and if you want to receive a follow-up from a relevant travel specialist. - When you book with Mahlatini you will need to complete a booking form including, (but not limited to), the following information on you and any others travelling on your booking:
- Full name
- Contact details: email and postal addresses, telephone number(s)
- Date of birth
- Nationality, country of residence and passport number
- Insurance policy
- Any medical information
- Dietary requirements (which may disclose your religious beliefs)
- Emergency contact details
- When you voluntarily participate in market research via survey, focus or other research activities you may provide personal information relating to your attitudes and typical behaviours around travel planning
- When you return from your trip we ask for your feedback, and with your permission, information relating to your trip such as reviews, blogs, images and videos may be featured on our website and other marketing channels
We may need to share some of your information to our trusted partners including hotels, lodges and ground handlers in order to fulfil your booking and ensure your trip runs smoothly. Luxury Travel Ltd t/a Mahlatini Luxury Travel shares client information with its sister company based in South Africa, established as a separate legal entity – Mahlatini Luxury Travel (PTY) LTD.
Honeymoney
We may collect information if you register to use our Honeymoney gift service. You will have a unique guest log-in and can choose to personalise with a message for your family and friends who contribute. Contributions are made securely online through Paypal, using a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Once the guest has contributed to Honeymoney, they will automatically receive a payment confirmation and you will receive a notification of their contribution.
We do not store financially sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank details or security numbers. We will not share your personal details to a third party for marketing purposes without your prior consent. We will never sell any personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Web automated information
We collect certain technical information about you when you visit our website for site management and security purposes. This may include:
