Dining at Six Senses Laamu are a highlight of any stay and have been designed to take advantage of the stunning views including spectacular sunrise and sunsets. 'Longitude',the main overwater restaurant, offers breakfast and a la carte dinners and 'Leaf', perched above the organic garden, has Mediterranean flavours. 'Ice' has over 40 locally inspired ice creams and sorbets, while 12 guests are invited each evening to the overwater 'Zen' for authentic Japanese cuisine. If you crave 'hot' cuisine, there's the chance to enjoy a five-course chilli-based menu in the organc garden beside twelve chilli trees from around the world!
Leisure options are numerous at Six Senses Laamu, and includes the nearby Ying Yang Surf Break, one of the most famous break's in the Maldives; daily boat trips are organise during the season from May to September. Guests are also able to embark on a Robinson Crusoe adventure to their own island for a day and enjoy a picnic on a deserted beach, as well as sunset cruises and trips in search of dolphins. Unique experiences are very much part of a stay here.
For total relaxation, the Six Senses Spa has a choice of locally inspired Ayurvedic treatments, massages and yoga classes. Choose from either ocean view rooms or tucked away within the lush tropical foliage. A complimentary kids club - The Den - provides a daily activity programme for younger guests.
Approximately 50minute domestic flight from Male International Airport to Kadhdhoo Airport followed by a 15minute speedboat ride to the resort.
Water sport activities including snorkelling, surfing (May to September), kayaking, sailing, stand-up paddling and windsurfing. Diving and deep sea fishing trips can also be arranged, as can Dolphin cruises and sunset cruises and Robinson Crusoe trips to a neighbouring deserted island for the day. On land, there's a main swimming pool, Six Senses Spa, Library, cinema under the Stars and a Kids Club.
