“She was phenomenal. Attentive, great with details and reassuring. She saved the day when we learned 20 hours prior to our flight back to the USA that we needed Covid testing. She arranged for us to be met at Jumo by her representatives and had people take our bags and escort us to the testing facility, located on the 2nd floor of a parking garage, which we never would have found, and then they escorted us through the airport to our lounge. I have recommended her and Mahlatini to everyone that has asked me about our trip. In fact, I am sending my daughter and son-in-law on safari with the company. Cannot say enough wonderful things.”
