Honeymoon to South Africa & Mozambique

“Extremely nice hotel in a great area of Cape Town. We thought it was great value for the cost and highly recommend it. Also, their breakfast buffet was top notch.”

“Great basic option to stay overnight. It was perfect to meet our needs as an overnight hotel.”

“Pros -
Most incredible service and our person butler was incredibly helpful and nice. Food was absolutely fantastic and the excursions that we got to do were a lot of fun.
Negative -
It seems like a lot of the management is new and lacking training. An example is they were very unorganized with the excursions. For example, we asked from day one to do an excursion called island hopping. The water-sports management came around each day and said that we will be prioritized on a list once the weather allowed us to go out. Come Friday, after asking for 5 days and them knowing that it was our last night, they told us the excursion was full and we would not be able to go. We later found out that another couple was able to go that still had a few days left at the resort.”

“Caroline is the absolute best. She worked within our budget to give us the best possible honeymoon. Working with her is an absolute pleasure and you'll be lucky if she's your travel agent.
The best example is when our flight was delayed I emailed her that we think our flight is going to be canceled. I forgot to tell her that our flight ended up taking off 4 hours late. Because of the time difference we were going to miss our connecting flight and had to spend an unanticipated night in Johannesburg. At 6am in the morning her time, she found us a hotel, new connecting flights, and she was able to rearrange our excursion in Cape Town for later in the day.”
