“Not great rooms. Holes in the walls. The shower changed temperatures. The breakfast buffet was fine but not great for meals. We waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich when we were the only people in the restaurant. The rest of our group had finished eating when the chicken was brought out. No apologies!”
