“The property was exceptional, but the rooms were a bit dirty and dated, it looked like the door was left open all day as there was bird poop on the upper-level bed. It also would have been nice to know in advance about the bookings at Heavens Gate restaurant. When we found out about this at check-in we were disappointed to hear that they were already booked. We fortunately got lucky with a last-minute booking.”
