“Disappointing. Lovely rooms, good pool and nice communal areas. The restaurant service was very slow (eg. we waited 1.5 hours for afternoon tea and 30 mins for a Gin & Tonic in the bar). The front desk staff lacked local knowledge and sent us to the wrong place for the local market. The recycling pond in the gardens meant rooms smelt of sewerage. Aside from that well decorated but poor service.”
