Holiday to South Africa
Chuck Chaplin, 11th February 2024You guys did a great job on our Full Day Wine Country Tour, 1/2 day Soweto Tour, and 4 day safari in Thornybush Reserve at Saseka Tented Camp. The only developmental feedback I have is that providing a more detailed itinerary including the identities and phone numbers of our tour guides and drivers would be helpful to first-time visitors to South Africa like us.

“Out of sight. A short 50-minute drive from Hoedspruit Airport, Saseka is a jewel of a camp, with gorgeous permanent and semi-permanent structures, inviting indoor architecture and decor, absolute luxury, and attentive and ever-present staff extending hospitality with smiles. Our safari guide, Tracey, and spotter, Orlando, are both very experienced and invested in the quality of guests’ experiences and learning. Orlando even spotted a two-inch-long chameleon at about 10 yards at 8:15pm while we headed back to camp on our last game drive. I was a bit nervous about selecting Saseka since one of our travel partners is a confirmed urbanite who would be uncomfortable with many “camping” experiences, but she was DELIGHTED with the place. The domestic tranquility was preserved.”
