“Wonderful room! The staff is not as welcoming when compared to Loisaba. Also, things sometimes were overlooked/had mistakes. We received coffee instead of tea one morning (we had never changed our morning order), and had a hole in the screen that they said would be fixed (but never was). I definitely did not get the welcoming vibe that Loisaba had. The food was also just ok when compared with Loisaba.”
