Laurie Avery, 18th February 2024Our trip to the Maasai Mara was one of the best experiences of my entire life. All of the information provided ahead of time was so helpful. Every question we had during our trip was responded to immediately, and the recommendations were impeccable.

Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport
“The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. However, most of the electrical outlets did not work, which made charging devices difficult, and the television did not work, which was the method for ordering room service and reviewing the bill. A staff member said someone would come up to fix the television, but that never happened.”
Bateleur Camp
“The Bateleur Camp was amazing. The tent was beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need. There was a fully stocked bar, including ice and limes, and all the beverages we requested ahead of time.
The surroundings and dining areas, the pool and shops and bars were absolutely beautiful. It was a perfect combination of being in the wild and pampered in luxury. Meals were available pretty much anytime to accommodate our safari schedules. There was a coffee service available any time of day or night, including delivery to our tent at any time we requested.
The game drives were more amazing than we could have dreamt. We saw every animal there is to see in the Maasai Mara, and our guide took us for sunrise and sunset safaris, including sundowners, a breakfast in the bush, and there was a surprise appearance by a local Maasai group of villagers.
The most incredible part of Bateleur Camp was the staff. Our butler, Debra, was so attentive without being intrusive and saw to our every need. Our safari guide was the best!”
