In the planning phase, he provided multiple options for different countries, accommodations, and travel plans and was willing to make modifications until we created the perfect plan. He perfectly planned all reservations and transfers and we had no issues while we were on vacation. He was always available for questions, even during the vacation giving us options for potential flight delays due to unexpected storms we experienced.
