
Phinda Mountain Lodge
The award-winning andBeyond Phinda Game Reserve in KwaZulu Natal covers 23 000 hectares of land encompassing seven unique ecosystems. Exciting game viewing offers guests the chance to spot the Big Five as well as marine species like dolphins and turtles and 415 bird species. The reserve is particularly well known for close-up sightings of the elegant yet elusive cheetah, as well as the rare black rhino.
Phinda is home to 6 magnificent luxury lodges including Phinda Mountain Lodge which is poised majestically on a mountain crest boasting dramatic views of the Lebombo Mountains. The lodge offers 25 split-level suites with ensuite bathroom, private sitting area and spacious veranda complete with private plunge pool and outdoor shower. A warm and friendly welcome awaits families with children, with a family suite providing inter-leading rooms with an optional additional bed in each and a children's programme specially designed to keep younger guests entranced.
