Ant's Hill is one of two properties on a private game reserve in the magnificent malaria-free Waterberg region of South Africa, just three hours' drive from Johannesburg Airport. Ant's Hill can cater for up to 16 guests and can be booked non-exclusively or exclusively by one group at a time. Whether you are on a horse safari as an individual or on honeymoon or travelling with a group of friends or family, the lodge has a variety of cottages to suit all.
The main area boasts a spacious dining room and living area, both with fireplaces, as well as a heated swimming pool with an incredible view and play area for children. One of the most striking areas of the lodge is the large veranda and deck which overhangs the gorge, an ideal spot for early morning breakfasts and evening sundowners. Expect delicious al-fresco dining and a vast variety of safari activities including horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, guided walks, game drives and children's activities.

holiday to Ant's Hill
This property is wonderful with an incredible view over the Waterberg esplanade. Our room was exceptional. The staff is extremely kind and it feels like family. My son was afraid of riding a horse and they managed to make him passionate. He didn't want to stop anymore.
