A private oasis on the water's edge, Perivoli Lagoon House is an ultra-contemporary luxury villa, set in a pristine 140ha wilderness of colorful Fynbos biome, overlooking the banks of the Klein River lagoon between Stanford & Hermanus.

The stylish villa is adorned with thoughtful touches, tasteful African-sourced artefacts and artwork, an infinity pool and a large deck overlooking the lagoon and its birdlife. Inside the villa is an open-plan lounge and dining room which boasts wide, glass doors and windows with breathtaking views of the lagoon. The dining area boasts ample space for hosting, including a fully equipped designer kitchen. Activities on the reserve include guided fynbos walks, kayaking, quad biking, boat cruises, mountain biking and hiking. Head further afield for whale watching, golf, shark case diving and wine tasting.
