Found in the remote North of the Serengeti, Lamai Serengeti offers high-quality accommodation, expert guiding and an insight into one of nature's most famous spectacles: the Great Wildebeest Migration. The camp is located only a few miles from the Mara River, where wildebeest make their annual crossing from Kenya to Tanzania and brave the crocodile-filled waters.
Open-fronted rooms boast private verandas with wonderful views of the surrounds and each room blends seamlessly into the rocky Kopjes. The main mess area has plenty of space to lounge, a bar and a dining area, with an adjoining library/map room and swimming pool.

holiday to Lamai Serengeti
We LOVED Lamai - the team was so warm and welcoming and the lodge was beautiful and unassuming all at once. The food was amazing and the game drives were so fulfilling.
Set on a kopje overlooking the Serengeti, this camp is absolutely breathtaking and was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. We saw so much wildlife - I had wanted to go to that part of Africa to see the big cats and I wasn't disappointed! Our guide, John, was hilarious and made our game drives lots…
