Located in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Mweya Safari Lodge is surrounded by the Mountain of the Moon and sits on a peninsula jutting out onto Lake Edward. This position allows you to look out over the Kazinga Channel or Lake Edward from your balcony and take in the magnificent splendor of the park.
The lodge has a variety of room types available for larger groups or families or those wishing to enjoy a slightly more private and luxurious experience. You will have the option of dining indoors in the formal dining room, or outside on the expansive veranda or on the deck adjacent to the infinity swimming pool with expansive views. There is also a health club available with a spa and gym. It is not uncommon for people to spot a variety of game including hippos and warthogs enjoying a graze on the landscaped grounds.

Adventure Holiday to Mweya Safari Lodge
Very attentive staff! Always made sure we had safe escort to and from the room in golf carts. Took advantage of the spa and that was great! Food was good and felt very well taken care of. Room was 4 star, but adequate.
While Mweya feels a little more corporate than we expected, the food was delicious and watching the hippos, crocodiles and birds was amazing - especially at meals, with the little song birds flitting by.
