The Masai Mara National Reserve provides the quintessential image of Africa with its vast sweeping plains, balloon safaris and one of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles, the Wildebeest Migration. But forget joining the throngs of jeeps and let us show you an insider's Kenya safari. Tucked away in hidden private reserves we have carefully selected intimate camps providing all of the best of the Mara but without the crowds.

Head north and step even further away from the maddening crowd visiting national reserves such as Mount Meru, Sambura and Shaba with their exquisite mountains, savannah and desert scrub scenery. Home to northern speciality species like reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, beisa oxryx and gernuk as well as your traditional big game, the north is a fascinating and unique contrast to the Masai Mara.

Experience a colonial style safari of yesteryear and stay in traditional tented camps. These offer all the luxury one would expect with the added bonus of a canvas wall separating you from the sounds of Africa - take it from us, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Complete the safari experience with a relaxing beach break along Kenya's sun-drenched coastline. The beaches are lined with protective coral reefs creating ideal waters for swimming, snorkelling, watersports, sailing, diving and big game fishing. Again, steer away from the tourist hotspots and allow us to point in the direction of our hidden gems offering barefoot luxury at its best.

Whether you are enjoying the exquisite views of Mount Kilimanjaro from the Amboseli National Park, tracking rare black rhinos in Laikipia, touching a baby elephant in an orphanage in Nairobi or lounging on the palm-fringed coast, Kenya has it all.

This diversity alongside Kenya's safari experience and proven track record over the past 50 years has made it Africa's most popular honeymoon and family safari destination.

Kenya is quite simply the Africa of your imaginings and so much more. Get in touch with one of our Kenya safari specialists and start planning your next holiday.

Honeymoon to Kenya, South Africa & Tanzania

George Parker & Victoria Lonsdale

We felt we had the right amount of time in each location to achieve what we wanted. The day where we travelled from Cape Town to Nairobi was a long day! If there was an alternative, earlier flight from CPT to NBO then this would be the only small adjustment I would make if following the same itinerary again.

Holiday to Kenya & United Arab Emirates

My stay at the &beyond; safari camp, Kichwa Tembo in the Masai Mara was one of the top experiences of my life. Everything was delightful, from my tent, to the staff and especially our guide, Charles. I saw more wildlife than I could possibly have anticipated. Thanks to Charles, we were able to witness exciting interactions, including the Great Migration and a lion pride relaxing after a successful hunt. Food…
