Our Comments and Suggestions on choosing a Room Type:
The Junior Suites are each 63 sqm and set within the shade of the tropical gardens. Each room has its own private terrace or balcony and spacious bedroom. The Junior Suites can accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant (under 6 years). All rooms are on the ground floor and have either a garden or a pool view.
The Tropical Junior Suites are slightly bigger than the Junior Suites at 70 sqm. They are either located either on the ground floor or first floor and like the Junior Suites have either a pool or garden view. An additional feature is an outdoor shower. These rooms accommodate 2 adults and an infant (up to 6).
The Family Suites each have 2 en suite bedrooms and are 104 sqm. They can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children and are situated either on the ground or first floor. They have either a pool or garden view. A special feature is an outdoor shower.
The Beach Front Suites with Pool are all located on the ground floor and are sea-facing. They are 102 sqm and each has a private pool, an outdoor shower and a Nespresso machine as additional features. These rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.
The Beach Front Senior Suites with Pool are all located on the first floor providing spectacular views across the beach and the sea. They are each 163 sqm and like the Beach Front Suites have a private pool, outdoor shower and Nespresso Machine. They can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.
The 2 bedroom Pool Villas are very large at 246 sqm. Each is located on the ground floor and has either a garden or pool view. Each bedroom is en suite and one has an outdoor shower. There is also a private garden and pool; kitchen; barbeque area; DVD player; Nespresso machine; butler service and Hi-Fi Stereo. Ensuring privacy, the villas are spread out in the surrounding lush tropical gardens. These villas can accommodate 5 people with a maximum of 4 adults.
The 3 bedroom Pool Villas are the same as the 2 bedroom villas but obviously larger at 290 sqm. They can accommodate 7 persons with a maximum of 4 adults.
The Tropical Junior Suite Plus is a Junior Suite with a little more room to allow for 2 adults and 1 child as opposed to 2 adults and 1 infant.

Trou Aux Biches Resort offers 6 restaurants and 2 bars.
L'Oasis opens 7 days a week and overlooks the beach and sea serving international cuisine with live cooking stations.
Le Deck is the beach restaurant serving seafood specialties. It opens for á la carte lunch and dinner (half board & chef's daily menu).
Blue Ginger is the hotel’s Thai restaurant which opens 6 days a week for dinner (chef's daily menu)
Mahiya is the Indian Restaurant at Trou Aux Biches. It opens 6 days a week for dinner.
La Caravelle is an international gastronomic restaurant. It is open for breakfast, á la carte lunch and dinner (á la carte and chef's daily menu)
Il Corallo is a lovely Italian restaurant open 6 days a week for á la carte and chef's daily menu dinner.
L’Oasis Bar is the main bar overlooking the swimming pool and lagoon. It specializes in tropical cocktails. Tea, coffee and pancakes are also served here from 15:30 to 17:00.
Caravelle Bar is located close to the beach, the perfect place to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Here you can enjoy a selection of house-special rum cocktails, cigars and champagne.
Spa & Treatments
Trou aux Biches’ spa echoes the resort’s tropical feel and authentic charm. Individual thatched pavilions are set amongst the palm trees and exotic plants to create a relaxing atmosphere. There is the choice of cool comfortable air-conditioned indoor pavilions or thatched roof under shade outdoor pavilions. A large reflective pool forms the centre of the spa and provides the perfect place to relax before or after your treatment.

Trou Aux Biches is a very elegant resort and is described as the most romantic resort on the island. The setting is perfectly idyllic and in our opinion one of the best beaches in the whole island.
Honeymoons
For most of 2010 and 2011 Trou Aux Biches is offering a 10% discount to Honeymooners as well as honeymoon gifts including a small bottle of champagne and fruits on arrival, a sarong for the bride and a tee-shirt for the groom from the boutique and a couple’s spa treatment. Two course lunches are also offered complimentary during the whole of the stay in a selected restaurant.
Anniversaries
For most of 2010 and 2011 Trou Aux Biches is offering a 10% discount to those celebrating an anniversary. A copy of the Wedding Certificate will be required on check-in for validation.
Note: Applies to every 5th years Wedding Anniversary which must be within 3 months of the arrival date at the hotel.
Half Board
Breakfast and evening meal (Bed and breakfast if staying in one of the superb villas). Dinner is either buffet or daily Chef's Menu, in selected restaurants only, with á la carte dishes available at a supplement. Occasionally a restaurant may close for a group booking or during Low Season. One of the highlights of dining at Trou Aux Biches is the fact that as part of your half board accommodation you can dine at all 6 restaurants rather than being limited to just one or two choices.
Half Board Plus
Trou aux Biches now also offers Half-Board Plus. When you upgrade to Half-Board Plus at Trou aux Biches you’ll not only enjoy breakfast and dinner but also a fantastic two course lunch at La Caravelle restaurant. A drink is included with your lunch, so too is a bottle of wine with your dinner.
