Day 1

Catch your overnight flight from Philadelphia International Airport to Entebbe International

Day 2 - 4

3 nights at Gatley on Nile | Jinja

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be met by a member of the Mahlatini team who will transfer you by road to your hotel.

Day 5 - 6

2 nights at Mweya Safari Lodge | Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today you will be transferred back to Entebbe Airport for your onward flight via light aircraft to the Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival you will be met by your private driver/ guide who will transfer you to your lodge. During your time here you will have the opportunity to view a wide variety of animals from game drive vehicles as well as a unique boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, headed into Lake Edward. Lion, Elephant, Cape buffalo, Warthogs, Leopard, Hyena, Mongoose, Waterbuck, Ugandan Kob, Hippo & a prolific bird life are to mention a few!

Day 7 - 8

2 nights at Ishasha Wilderness Camp | Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today, you will head out to the Ishasha sector of the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Explore the Ishasha sector, pristine and untouched, famous for its tree climbing Lions which are unique to this region.

Day 9 - 10

2 nights at Buhoma Lodge | Bwindi

Today you will be transferred to your lodge in Bwindi. During your Gorilla Tracking, experienced wildlife guides along with trackers and porters will accompany you through the ever-green forest. The journey, through dense foliage and up steep climbs, leads you to lifetime experience of viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. After finding the Gorillas, you will have an opportunity to be within meters of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day-to-day activities. With an estimated 850 Gorilla population in the world, spending one hour with a Gorilla family is a once in a lifetime experience! In the afternoon, you have option to visit a women project (Ride 4 a woman). It's a charitable organization set up to support women struggling with poverty, HIV and domestic violence. Your visit indirectly supports the project work and while here, you may participate in basketry, weaving, making local dishes and have an opportunity for last minute craft shopping.

Day 11

Today you will be transferred back to the Kihihi airstrip for your onward flight via light aircraft to Entebbe International Airport. Here you will connect with your onward flight home.
