Exploring the western regions of Uganda, you will have your own private driver/ guide throughout this itinerary in search of gorillas, chimpanzees and big game. After a night in Entebbe you will head to Mihingo Lodge in Lake Mburo National Park. In the afternoon, go for a boat ride and keep an eye out for crocodiles, buffalo, and hippos as well as colourful kingfishers, fish eagles and hamerkops with their enormous nests.

It's then time for your gorilla tracking experience staying at Buhoma Lodge in Bwindi National Park. During your Gorilla Tracking, experienced wildlife guides, along with trackers and porters, will accompany you through the ever-green forest. The journey, through dense foliage and up steep climbs, leads you to lifetime experience of viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. After finding the gorillas, you will have an opportunity to be within meters of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day-to-day activities.
