Tinga Lodge is found in the Lion Sands Game Reserve in the Kruger Park. Guests can look forward to 5000 hectares filled with stunning wildlife and exciting safari activities. Tinga Lodge offers a small and intimate escape from the bustle of everyday life and an incredible wilderness experience.

There are only 9 suites at Tinga, all of which are exceptionally comfortable and spaced well apart from one another for extra privacy. All rooms feature private plunge pools, ideal for a relaxation session in between activities, air conditioning, in-room safes, mosquito nets to keep out unwanted guests and elegant bathrooms with inviting baths and both indoor and outdoor showers. There is also a specially designed treehouse, perfect for honeymooners. The lodge is suitable for children over the age of 6 unless families block book the lodge, in which case younger children can be accommodated. Children's activities are on offer as is babysitting services, although this will incur an extra charge.

The main areas of the lodge are spacious and feature free WiFi a swimming pool and satellite TV. Wooden decking acts as the perfect viewing platform from which guests can enjoy casual game viewing, looking out on the Sabie River, mere feet away from the deck. Service is excellent, with lodge staff warm and friendly. The lodge also offers Hi'Nkweni Villa, a family villa which can be booked for exclusive use.The villa includes a personal hospitality team, including a ranger and driver for private game drives

Around 6 hours from Gauteng, a 1. 45 hour drive from the Kruger Mpumlanga Airport to Lion Sands.
