I had an excellent experience with Mahlatini, right from the beginning. Claire Picknell was wonderful, coming back to me on any question or issue extremely quickly and always enthusiastic and willing to make changes. It was the best experience of a holiday company that I have ever had and I was delighted with the service.
Family Holiday to Tanzania
Lovely holiday. Our Safari guide (Edward) was terrific and excellent with our two kids. Highlights of the trip would be seeing lions/leopard and just driving around, exploring the Serengeti. Also our kids really enjoyed the "spice tour" and tasting various fruits in Zanzibar. For our 11 year old son the highlight was watching blue monkeys scampering around in trees. Everything was beyond our wildest expectations and just when you think it can't get any better it just does. Everything that was arranged went very smoothly. No kinks and no confusion. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport in Zanzibar and everything fell in place for our time there.
Baraza resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. it was a very restful time yet we were able to experience a lot while we were there n Zanzibar.
We had a really fabulous time and were very pleased with the overall level of accommodation. Everything went very smoothly with our trip and we would certainly do it again and choose Mahlatini as a tour organizer.

Highlights: Quite a few really. The Rufiji river trip was superb, as was the snorkelling off Mnemba Island. Beach and reef at Breezes were amazing.
